I am excited to hear the end date of the Disneyland 60th Anniversary because it means we will make it there JUST before the celebration ends!
The Disneyland 60th Anniversary is scheduled to end on September 5th (Labor Day) of next year! That means our next vacation will be during the last week of the celebration! YAY! Then I will have gone to the 50th and 60th Anniversaries since being and adult/parent (and I plan to keep this tradition up!).
So you have almost an entire year to get to Disneyland and experience the 60th Anniversary for yourself. Make your plans now. We plan to try out the new Marriott Courtyard across the street from the Disneyland entrance for at least one night of our trip – the waterpark there looks amazing and the rooms are big enough for our family of 6!
Are you planning on attending the 60th Anniversary Celebration? If I were to wager a guess – after the Celebration ends, I am thinking Disneyland will be starting construction of Star Wars land 🙂 (YAY! My family is thrilled to try out the Star Wars Lands in both Disneyland and Disneyworld)
