2 of the rides with the longest waits at Disneyworld are getting expansions! When we were there a few months ago, these two rides were the first I chose Fastpass+ for, because I know they always have really long lines!
Disney Parks Blog announced that Toy Story Mania is getting more tracks! YAY! This is one of my favorite rides, but due to the insanely long lines, we only get to ride it a few times during our visits, when we have fastpasses – because I will not wait in an hour (or more) line for a ride!
In the same post, they said that they will be adding another theater to Soarin’. If you’ve ever ridden Soarin’, part of the long waits is just the fact that it is a longer ride, plus the loading and unloading of the ride takes awhile.
This is GREAT news for those visiting Disneyworld! It stated that it will be completed by the end of 2016 – so should be done before we visit next – YAY! Lots of improvements for our next trip 🙂 I am excited about this announcement and look forward to shorter lines for these popular rides!
